About this release
Aspire covers the whole path from a drawing to a cut part on a routing machine, and its distinguishing trick is turning flat artwork into three dimensional relief. A traced outline or an imported drawing becomes a shaped component with height, curvature and blending, which is how carved signage, decorative panels, mouldings and jewellery models are produced without modelling them by hand in a general purpose application.
Components stack and combine like layers. Each one carries its own shaping profile, and they merge, add, subtract and blend into a composite relief that can be sculpted afterwards with interactive tools. Imported grayscale images convert into relief directly, and existing three dimensional models can be brought in and merged with the drawn work.
The two dimensional side is a full drawing environment in its own right. Vectors are created, edited, offset, filleted, arrayed and nested, text sits on curves, and imported artwork gets cleaned up and joined so it produces continuous toolpaths rather than a hundred open segments. Bitmap tracing turns a scanned logo into usable geometry.
Toolpath generation covers profiling, pocketing, drilling, v carving, prism carving, inlay, fluting and full three dimensional roughing and finishing, all previewed against a rendered model of the material so the result is visible before anything is cut. Post processors output for the common machine controllers, and job setup handles multiple sided work and sheet nesting.

Install order
- Unpack the archive.
- Run the installer and let the bundled clipart and texture libraries unpack.
- Select the post processor for the machine before the first job.
- Set the default material and tool database to match the shop tooling.
Worth knowing before you start
Relief resolution drives both quality and memory use, so set it to suit the part size.
Always preview the toolpath against the material model before sending a job to the machine.
