This form goes to the people who keep the library. It is read every day, and anything that identifies a specific title and what went wrong gets acted on fastest.

What is worth sending

• A title that will not download, with the name of the title as it appears on its page.
• A version, size or requirement on a page that no longer matches the software.
• A mirror that times out or answers very slowly, since that is not always visible from here.
• Anything on the site that is broken, unreadable or behaving strangely on your screen.

What belongs somewhere else

A title that is not in the library at all should go through the requests page, which is the form that feeds the catalogue. Rights holders asking for material to be taken down should read the removals page first, since there is a specific set of details needed and sending them the first time saves a round trip.

Response

Every message is read. Most get a reply within a couple of days, and reports about a broken file or a dead mirror are usually acted on before a reply goes out, because fixing it is faster than writing about it.
