About this release
CorelDRAW is the suite that print shops, sign makers, engravers and apparel decorators actually run. The drawing tools are aimed squarely at production: dimensioning, precise object placement, node editing that behaves predictably, and output that a cutter or a plotter accepts without a conversion step in the middle.
The suite is more than the vector application. Photo Paint handles pixel editing with layers and masks, Font Manager organises very large type collections, and the tracing tool converts scans and logos into clean vector paths with real control over the result rather than a single quality slider.
Multi page documents are treated as first class, so a brochure, a menu or a multi panel sign set lives in one file with proper page management. Colour handling covers spot inks, separations and overprint preview, which is what separates a production tool from a general drawing program.
File compatibility is deliberately broad. The suite opens and writes the formats that come in from clients, including vector formats from the other major applications, and its own export options cover the plotter, cutter and press targets that a shop deals with day to day.
